Open Position:
Crow Wing Power is looking for Temporary Lineperson(s), 1,000 hours, to help during our busier construction and maintenance season. This position will require a variety of tasks associated with the responsibilities of building and maintaining Crow Wing Power's electrical lines. Individuals must learn and practice the Cooperative's safety rules and regulations. Potential for full-time in the future.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Must have a valid Lineperson diploma.
- Have a current Minnesota CDL driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
Must pass a drug test, medical exam, and background checks.

Open Position:
Crow Wing Power is seeking an energetic candidate for a full-time Right of Way Technician. This position is responsible for clearing and maintaining the electrical power line right of way for our system.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Must have a current Minnesota CDL driver’s license.
- Must be able to achieve an Electric Hazards Awareness Program Certification
- Experience in power equipment such as chain saws, trimmers, chipper, and skid steers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred two years of experience in all aspects of power line right of way clearing.
- Benchmark Right of Way Technician
Must pass a drug test, medical exam, and background checks.
